Healthy hair has always been personal to me.

Not just how hair looks—but how it feels, how it behaves, and how it reflects what’s happening inside our bodies and lives. I’ve spent years paying attention to ingredients, routines, and what actually supports strong, beautiful hair long-term—not quick fixes or empty promises.

That love for healthy hair deepened after becoming a mother.

My Postpartum Hair Journey:

After giving birth, I experienced postpartum hair shedding firsthand. Like many women, I watched my hair change—thinning at the hairline, shedding more than usual, feeling weaker and drier than before. It was humbling, emotional, and eye-opening.

What I learned is this:

Hair health is layered. It’s not just about growth—it’s about scalp balance, moisture retention, strength, and protection while your body finds its way back to equilibrium.

AMEÁ was born from that season of rebuilding.
